Prescription Products
Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns on any prescription products once they have been dispensed. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of the products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect prescription order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-Prescription Products and Supplements
All sales of non-prescription products and supplements are final. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team at support@bloommd.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
Exceptions
- Custom treatments: Any custom treatment plans or personalized consultations are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
- Subscription services: For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Once billed, subscriptions are non-refundable for that cycle but can be canceled for future billing periods.
