How does it work?

For prescription products:

  1. Choose a treatment and check the product page for eligibility and state availability.
  2. Complete checkout.
  3. Fill out a short medical intake form.
  4. A licensed provider will review your information.
  5. If approved, your medication will ship overnight. If you're not eligible, you'll receive a full refund.

You can also book a free consultation or take our Health Quiz if you’re unsure where to start.

For supplement products:

Simply add the item to your cart and check out—no intake form or consultation required. All supplements are available in the USA and Canada and ship free.

Do I need insurance?

No, insurance is not required. All of our treatments and supplements are cash-pay only, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees.

We also accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for eligible products, making it easier to use your pre-tax health funds.

How long does shipping take?

Prescriptions: Processed in 3–5 business days, then shipped overnight.

Supplements: Processed in 1–3 business days, delivered in 2–4 days.

Is shipping free?

Yes! All BloomMD orders include free shipping, with no hidden fees.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns due to health regulations. If you’re not approved for a prescription, we’ll refund you 100%.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Text us immediately if you need to cancel.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order ships. You can also find it in your account under Order History.

What happens if I’m not approved?

Are your medications compounded?

Some are. We use certified U.S. pharmacies. Brand-name options (like Wegovy/Zepbound) are also available when applicable.
